Orders received prior to 5 PM Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within two business days. Some items may require extra lead time, and they are noted on the web site. We will ship either through the USP Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the US continental, depending on your location. Please allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We only ship via the USPS first class mail for international addresses.

Rush Orders:
We can offer rush delivery for items that are in stock for an additional charge of $10.00 over our regular shipping charges. If you need a rush order, please email us at rush@queenberry.com . Please put down your order number when you write to us. If the item is in stock, and available for a rush delivery, we wil ship it within 24 hours (excluding holidays).
Returns & Exchanges:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@queenberry.com and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for your purchase.
- We will exchange your purchase for another item available at queenberry.com within 10 days of purchase. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable.
- On-sale items are not refundable or returnable.
- Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.

Order on Insufficient Stock Items:
Products marked with *Insufficient stock* do not exist in desired quantity in our stock. You can buy them anyway and check the quantity we have in stock for immediate delivery.
However, we do not guarantee unshipped quantity be fulfilled. This can happen when we are unable to replenish the raw materials for the items. In this case, we will issue a refund for the unshipped quantity
to you.
